Do you require a deposit?
Yes. A refundable security deposit is required for all rentals. The amount depends on the vehicle type and is used as a security against damages, traffic violations, or late returns. The deposit is fully refunded once the vehicle is returned in good condition after inspection.
Can foreigners rent vehicles?
Yes, foreigners can rent vehicles. However, they must present a valid driver’s licence from their home country and may also be required to provide an International Driving Permit (IDP), passport, and other identification for verification before rental approval.
Is fuel included in the rental price?
No, fuel is not included in the rental price. Vehicles are usually delivered with a certain fuel level and must be returned with the same level. Any difference in fuel will be charged accordingly.
What is the minimum age requirement?
The minimum age requirement is typically 21 years and above. However, some premium or luxury vehicles may require drivers to be 25 years or older depending on the insurance and vehicle category.
What documents are required for self-drive rentals?
Customers are required to provide: Valid driver’s licence National ID or International Passport Proof of address (if required) Security deposit International Driving Permit (for foreign drivers, where applicable)
What is your late return policy?
Late returns attract additional charges. Charges are usually calculated per hour or per extra day depending on how long the delay is. Customers are advised to inform the company in advance if they need to extend their rental period.
Can I extend my rental period after pickup?
Yes. Rental extensions are allowed, subject to vehicle availability. Customers should contact support or the assigned agent before their rental period expires to avoid penalties.
Are there mileage limitations?
Some vehicles may have mileage limits depending on the rental package. Excess mileage beyond the agreed limit may attract additional charges. Unlimited mileage may be available for selected vehicles or premium packages.
What happens if the vehicle is involved in an accident?
In the event of an accident, the customer must immediately inform the rental company. Insurance coverage applies depending on the rental agreement, but negligence or violation of terms may result in partial or full liability.
Do you offer airport pickup and drop-off?
Yes. Airport pickup and drop-off services are available on request and may attract additional charges depending on location and timing.
